“The previous day before my appointment, I had been welding and grinding metal in my shop. Even though I was wearing glasses, something had gotten into my eye and my eye became very irritated overnight. Concerned as I was, I called early the next day to inquire if they could work me into their schedule to have my eye looked at. I was elated to hear that I could come in right away to have Dr. Komro examine my eye. I arrived at the clinic 20 minutes later and was quickly taken into an exam room to have my eye examined. It was a relief to find out that the foreign object was no longer in my eye but my cornea had become scratched and thus irritated from the object that had entered my eye the previous day. A prescription of eye drops was called in for me and after using the eye drops now for several days my eye is beginning to feel normal again. Thanks Dr. Komro and your staff for the great service you provided for me on an emergency basis.”
